German Auto Service

My Audi Q3 have been serviced by this amazing small team for the past 7 years. Their specialised knowledge, good price and honesty in deliver the best customer service makes them unique and for that reason, they now service not only my car, but another 3 from the rest of my family, all different European brands. Great professionals, that deliver consistent good job.

These guys had our Audi A4 Cabriolet for approximately 3 weeks in which time they gave us details of issues with the car, these issues changed from week to week to me it seemed as though they didn't have a clue as to what was going on with the car, instead saying that the previous owners have done some poor work on it.They claimed to have fixed the Oil leak and that the engine warning light has also been cured (new sensor fitted), and that it will run Rough when cold and will come good once its warm???, checked this morning its leaking oil badly and guess what the Engine light is back on, this is my Daughters car and she has paid them well over $1300 for so called repairs, please be aware of this bunch of so called german Auto Masters, they haven't got a clue!!!!, more like German Rip Off Masters!!!!, a very disappointed Customer .

I have been servicing my Mercedes since 4 years ago here. I also have repaired my car a few times there and I can say they are very professional and reliable.

A big thanks to Kurt, Tom and the whole team for their great service and advice over the past few years. I made the switch after some bad experiences with dealer servicing and have never looked back. Just had my Skoda in for a routine service and some repairs and it's now running like new again having done almost 150,000km's. Well done guys.

Had the guys here do a bit of all round work on my Audi. They were upfront about everything, gave detailed reports on diagnostics and the prices were really reasonable. Will definitely be bringing my car back here.

Spoke to Kurt who gave me a promise to look at my Audi convertible roof. He was happy to look at it for free. He said they were able to help me sort things out as they had many years of experience dealing with Europen cars. So took my car down there to be told later that they were unable to diagnose the problem and suggested I took it somewhere else as he only had the one mechanic and didn't have time. Wish he had told me that when I called. He didn't put the lining back on the roof and supposedly fixed wires yeah right He put the roof back on and to add insult to injury he charged me $300. A waste of my time and I definately wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

The team at German Auto have really impressed me. Their integrity, knowledge, attention to detail and great customer service are rare these days in the auto industry. Kurt has done me a solid a few times now and I trust their judgement more than BMW directly.

German Auto Service have friendly enough staff but testing equipment is not good enough. My 3 year old BMW 3 series was sometimes very slightly demonstrating a flat spot when driving on the freeway. I called to German Auto Service in Lansdale and was told it was probably dirty fuel and to fill tank with premium petrol from BP. This never resolved issue so got Kurt to run a diagnostic test $150, I was told that I needed new spark plugs. I paid a further $235 for new plugs and after leaving garage the car started losing power and would not accelerate. The garage had closed for evening so I had to leave car on side of road till following morning. I managed to get car to german auto service the following day and after further diagnostic testing was informed that I needed a new injector. I paid an additional $999 and after this was complete the problem was still the same. I was informed that they couldn't identify problem and that they would need additional test equipment from Jandakot to help solve issue, but this wouldn't happen till Monday (this was Friday). I then got a taxi to Westcoast BMW and explained what was happening, they offered to take car into their workshop and diagnose problem. I returned to German auto service and collected all loose parts, covers etc and put them in my boot. I then drove very slowly to Westcoast BMW who identified fault as a damaged injector cradle. Westcoast repaired car free of charge and provided a first class service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Westcoast. German Auto Service never contacted me to ask how I got on, after I paid a total of $1384 for work that may not have been needed. Unlike Westcoast, I would not recommend German Auto Service.

German Auto Service have done a number of repairs on my Audi now, they have always been proffessional and provided quality workmanship. Highly recommend Kurt and the team, fully upfront with their workmanship and diagnostic of my car. Great to see there are guys out there who still take pride in their work and deliver quality service.
