Fantastic team! Had my Audi RS Q3 tuned and they did a really great job, drives amazing! Always very friendly and professional. Karen and Philip are both very knowledgeable and brilliant to deal with. Despite being very busy they always made time to help with anything and answer any questions I had. Pricing was great considering the quality of work and support I received before and after the tune. Will definitely use again.

These guys had our Audi A4 Cabriolet for approximately 3 weeks in which time they gave us details of issues with the car, these issues changed from week to week to me it seemed as though they didn't have a clue as to what was going on with the car, instead saying that the previous owners have done some poor work on it.They claimed to have fixed the Oil leak and that the engine warning light has also been cured (new sensor fitted), and that it will run Rough when cold and will come good once its warm???, checked this morning its leaking oil badly and guess what the Engine light is back on, this is my Daughters car and she has paid them well over $1300 for so called repairs, please be aware of this bunch of so called german Auto Masters, they haven't got a clue!!!!, more like German Rip Off Masters!!!!, a very disappointed Customer .

Total waste of time and money these place knows nothing about fixing problems just take your money car still broken $2.500 later all they did was sell exp oil n filters cant wait to go to court

Phil is one of the most friendly mechanics and knowledgeable tuners that I've had the pleasure to work with. He is truly passionate about the work he does. He has helped me very much with diagnosis of existing problems with my 1.8T A4 and also with plans for the build in future. I cannot rate his work highly enough! Have been taking my car for service and repair to them for the past 5 years. The satisfaction of service for my recent visit has been quite opposite of the past (very positive changed to very negative). Prior to the last service, they were excellent in communication and quality of repair. Not this time. My car was with them for over a week and they failed to provide a quote and explanation of what needs to be done. In spite of numerous phone calls and follow ups, two days late in returning as scheduled and spending $5K on my X6, it is still quite faulty, noisy and unreliable. I believe all of this is because their front customer service and service manager (Sutsu) left the business and perhaps their experienced mechanics too, they are short on the customer service front and mechanics who know what they are doing. For some unknown reason they have broken part of my dashboard and never told me about it. Such a shame, they are busy opening another branch north of the river (I'm told).

A BIG Thank You to Phillip for very patiently answering all my queries related to a Stage 3 build for my VW. Simply loved the way Philip explained each and every aspect of the tune - the pre-requisites, the hardware requirements, the process etc. Helped clarify a lot of doubts and helped me make a 'well-informed' decision. Highly recommended !

We were recently was looking to buy an AUDI car and manage to be in touch with Kane from Audi Centre Perth. We went and viewed our preferred car and Kane has been very fantastic.
